하루그림 HaruGrim · ToyDream계정 및 데이터 삭제
하루그림(개발자: ToyDream)의 계정과 데이터를 지우는 방법입니다.
앱에서 바로 삭제하기 (Google·Apple 로그인 사용자)
- 하루그림 앱을 엽니다.
- 아래 탭에서 내 정보를 누릅니다.
- 맨 아래 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
- 안내를 확인하고 영구 삭제를 한 번 더 누릅니다.
삭제는 즉시 처리되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
앱 없이 삭제 요청하기
앱을 지웠거나 로그인하지 않고 사용했다면 이메일로 요청해 주세요.
받는 곳: mycrewdeveloper@gmail.com
제목: 하루그림 계정 삭제 요청
내용: 로그인에 쓴 Google 또는 Apple 계정 이메일 (로그인하지 않았다면 앱을 쓴 기간과 기기 종류)
본인 확인 후 7일 안에 삭제하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 서버에 백업된 일기 (글, 기분, 장면 설명)
- 만들어진 그림과 캐릭터 그림
- 그림 요청 기록과 이용 횟수
- 계정 정보 (이메일, 이름, 계정 ID)
- 삭제한 기기에 저장된 일기와 그림
보관되는 데이터
삭제 후 따로 보관하는 개인정보는 없습니다. 다만 월별 전체 사용 금액처럼 개인을 알아볼 수 없는 통계는 남을 수 있습니다. 캐릭터용 사진은 처음부터 저장하지 않습니다.
계정은 두고 일부만 지우기
- 일기 한 편: 일기 화면의 ⋯ › 일기 지우기
- 캐릭터를 그림에서 빼기: 내 정보 › 그림에 내 캐릭터 넣기 끄기
- 그 밖의 데이터: 위 이메일로 요청해 주세요.

Account and data deletion
How to delete your HaruGrim (developer: ToyDream) account and data.
Delete in the app (Google or Apple sign-in users)
- Open the HaruGrim app.
- Tap My info in the bottom tab bar.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm by tapping Delete forever.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
If you uninstalled the app or used it without signing in, email us.

Subject: HaruGrim account deletion request
Include: the Google or Apple account email you signed in with (or, if you never signed in, roughly when you used the app and your device model)
After verifying the request, we delete your data within 7 days and let you know.
What is deleted
- Diaries backed up on our server (text, mood, scene descriptions)
- Generated pictures and character pictures
- Picture request records and usage counts
- Account information (email, name, account ID)
- Diaries and pictures stored on the device you delete from
What is kept
We keep no personal data after deletion. Aggregate statistics that cannot identify you, such as total monthly usage cost, may remain. Character photos are never stored in the first place.
Delete some data but keep your account
- A single entry: ⋯ › Delete entry on the entry screen
- Stop using your character in pictures: turn off My info › Put my character in pictures
- Anything else: email us at the address above.
