하루그림 HaruGrim개인정보처리방침
ToyDream(이하 "운영자")은 하루그림 앱(이하 "앱")을 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 왜 처리하고, 어떻게 보호하며, 어떻게 지울 수 있는지 설명합니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보

정확한 위치, 연락처, 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 수집하지 않습니다. 결제는 Google Play와 App Store가 처리합니다. 일기 글과 그림은 광고에 쓰지 않으며 광고 회사에 보내지 않습니다. 분석 도구는 없습니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 일기 글을 다듬고, 그림과 캐릭터를 만들기 위해
- 로그인한 이용자의 일기를 백업하고 다른 기기에서 이어 쓸 수 있게 하기 위해
- 하루 그림 수 등 이용 한도를 관리하고, 부정 이용을 막기 위해
- 플러스 구독을 확인하고 유지하기 위해
- 무료 요금제에서 광고를 보여 주기 위해 (플러스에는 광고가 없습니다)
3. 사진의 처리
캐릭터용 얼굴 사진은 캐릭터 그림을 만드는 데에만 쓰고, 만든 즉시 폐기합니다. 서버에도 AI 서비스에도 사진을 저장하지 않습니다. 저장되는 것은 만들어진 캐릭터 그림뿐입니다.
"사진으로 그리기"에 쓰는 사진은 그림을 만드는 동안만 서버에 보관합니다. 무료 요금제의 그림은 밤사이에 그려지므로 그때까지 보관되며, 그림이 완성되거나 실패하면 바로 삭제합니다. 사진은 그림 생성 외의 목적으로 쓰지 않고, 광고나 학습에 쓰지 않습니다. 기기에는 다시 그리기를 위해 사본이 남으며, 일기를 지우거나 로그아웃하면 함께 지워집니다.
4. 일기의 저장 위치
- 일기는 먼저 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다.
- Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인하면 일기가 서버에 백업되어 다른 기기에서도 볼 수 있습니다.
- 그림을 요청한 일기의 장면 설명과 만들어진 그림은 로그인 여부와 관계없이 서버에 저장됩니다.
5. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
운영자는 서비스를 위해 다음 업무를 위탁합니다. 수탁자는 운영자를 대신해서만 정보를 처리합니다.

이전 시기와 방법: 해당 기능을 요청할 때 암호화된 네트워크로 전송합니다. 보유 기간은 7항과 같습니다. Google Cloud 약관에 따라 Google은 Vertex AI로 보낸 데이터를 자사 모델 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.
국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 글 다듬기와 그림 기능을 쓰지 않고 일기를 원문 그대로 기기에만 저장할 수 있습니다.
6. 제3자 제공
이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 무료 요금제에서는 광고를 보여 주기 위해 Google AdMob(Google LLC)이 위 1항의 광고 관련 정보를 직접 수집해 Google 개인정보처리방침(policies.google.com/privacy)에 따라 처리합니다. 맞춤 광고를 원하지 않으면 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정·삭제하거나(Android) 추적을 허용하지 않을 수 있으며(iOS), 유럽 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 앱의 내 정보 › 광고 개인정보 설정에서 동의를 바꿀 수 있습니다. 플러스를 구독하면 광고가 나오지 않습니다. 그 밖에는 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
7. 보유 및 파기
- 로그인한 이용자: 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다. 앱의 내 정보 › 계정 삭제를 누르면 서버의 일기, 그림, 캐릭터, 이용 기록과 계정이 즉시 삭제되고, 기기의 일기도 지워집니다.
- 로그인하지 않은 이용자: 일기는 기기에만 있으며 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다. 서버의 익명 기록(그림 요청, 만든 그림과 캐릭터)은 삭제 요청이 있을 때까지 보관되며, 아래 연락처로 요청하면 지웁니다.
- 개별 일기는 앱에서 지울 수 있으며, 지운 일기는 모든 기기에서 사라집니다. 서버에 남은 백업 기록은 계정을 삭제할 때 완전히 지워집니다.
- 구독 정보는 계정을 삭제할 때 함께 지워집니다. 계정을 지워도 스토어 구독은 해지되지 않으니, 먼저 Google Play 또는 App Store에서 구독을 해지해 주세요.

8. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 안에서 직접 하거나 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요. 요청을 받으면 지체 없이(늦어도 10일 안에) 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
9. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)됩니다.
- 서버 데이터는 본인만 읽을 수 있도록 접근 규칙을 적용합니다. 요금제·한도 정보는 서버만 쓸 수 있습니다.
- 앱 무결성 확인(App Check)으로 허가되지 않은 접근을 막습니다.
10. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.

12. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지와 앱을 통해 알립니다.
Privacy Policy
ToyDream ("we") operates the HaruGrim app ("the app"). This policy explains what information the app processes, why, how it is protected, and how you can delete it.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, or card numbers or other payment details; payments are handled by Google Play and the App Store. Diary text and pictures are never used for ads or sent to ad companies. The app has no analytics SDKs.
2. Why we use it
- To polish your diary text and create pictures and characters
- To back up signed-in users' diaries and make them available on other devices
- To manage usage limits (such as pictures per day) and prevent abuse
- To verify and maintain Plus subscriptions
- To show ads on the Free plan (Plus has no ads)
3. Face photos
A character photo is used only to create the character picture and is discarded immediately afterward. It is not stored on our server or by the AI service. Only the resulting character picture is kept.
4. Where diaries are stored
- Diaries are saved on your device first.
- If you sign in with Google or Apple, diaries are backed up to our server so you can access them on other devices.
- For entries you request a picture for, the scene description and the generated picture are stored on our server whether or not you are signed in.

Data is sent over encrypted connections when you use these features. Under the Google Cloud terms, Google does not use data sent to Vertex AI to train its models. If you do not want your data transferred, you can skip polishing and pictures and keep your entries on your device only.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. On the Free plan, Google AdMob (Google LLC) collects the ad-related data in section 1 directly to show ads and processes it under Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). To limit personalized ads, reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings (Android) or don't allow tracking (iOS); where consent is required (such as the EU), you can change it in Me › Ad privacy settings. Subscribing to Plus removes ads. Otherwise we do not share your information with third parties, except where required by law.
7. Retention and deletion
- Signed-in users: data is kept until you delete your account. My info › Delete account in the app immediately deletes your diaries, pictures, characters, usage records and account from our server, and clears diaries on the device.
- Users who have not signed in: diaries live only on the device and are removed when you uninstall the app. Anonymous server records (picture requests, generated pictures and characters) are kept until you ask us to delete them.
- You can delete individual entries in the app, and they disappear from all your devices. Remaining backup records on our server are fully erased when you delete your account.
- Subscription information is deleted with your account. Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription, so please cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first.

8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a halt to processing of your personal information at any time, in the app or by contacting us below. We respond without delay and within 10 days.
9. Security
- All communication is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Server data is protected by access rules so only you can read your own data.
- App integrity checks (App Check) block unauthorized access.
10. Children
The app is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we delete it promptly.
